Kristen is our Marketing Director and the second point of contact for our clients.  Kristen gets our staging set up, world class photos scheduled and the listings put online and she makes sure that the proper enhancements are made to bring out the best in your home.  She is a graduate of Texas A&M Corpus Christie and loves the marketing our listings.  She works directly with you during our listing process, making sure all of your questions are answered along the way.  The social media marketing that our homes receive is unparalleled, and having a full-time marketing coordinator puts our listings a step ahead of the competition.

With the typical agent, you only discover potential deal-killing repairs after you are already under contract – when the buyer hires a home inspector to scrutinize every aspect of your home.

Discovering and repairing problems early in the marketing process places you in control, eliminating the stress of making repairs on the buyer's schedule.  Having your house in move-in condition also helps you avoid delays to closing and demonstrates to buyers, agents and the buyers’ home inspector that your house has been very well maintained.  WE want buyers to focus on how they would live in your home – not what they would have to repair.
