Our market is Shifting‬ into a buyers market‬.  This happens when we have a 7 month supply of properties on the market. The last several years have been a sellers dream, and now we are having to have the tough talk about how to wiggle through this shift from sellers to a buyers market.  The recent Oil and Gas pricing index has put a small dent in our annual growth.
